The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 10-hour training program is a voluntary course that provides entry-level workers with basic safety and health information. The 10-hour General Industry OSHA course is designed for entry-level general industry workers. The course explains workplace safety and health requirements for general industry, including fields such as manufacturing, health care, warehousing and more.
