EPA/NYSDOH Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

This program covers everything from repairing damaged thermal system insulation to installing electrical conduit in an air plenum containing ACM or ACM debris.

EPA/NYSDOH Asbestos Allied-Trades Restricted Handler 

A restricted asbestos handler may perform electrical work, carpentry, and other specialized tasks necessary for the proper containment of a work area. He/she is allowed to enter the contained work area for a limited period of time to perform the specific tasks mentioned above in preparation for the actual abatement work.
 

EPA/NYSDOH Asbestos Project Monitor

To work on the asbestos project, a valid project monitor certificate or a copy must be possessed at all times by anyone overseeing the scope, timing, phasing, and/or remediation methods, other than the asbestos abatement contractor's supervisor.
