This 8-hour refresher course meets EPA’s training requirements for Ld Inspector and Risk Assessor
Service Description
For this 8 hour online Refresher class we will review the following; Federal, State and Local Regulations, health concerns of Lead-Based Paint, sampling and testing methods, and use of XRF paint analyzers. We will review roles and responsibilities of the Inspector and Risk Assessor. Review Lead hazard screen protocol. Review preparation of final risk assessment report. Development of hazard control options Risk assessor and inspector certifications must be renewed every three years under USEPA requirements. You must be take your training and be recertified by the EPA before your current certification expires.
